Those are spleens, apparently. As everyone knows, the spleen is incredibly useless, so my guess is they’re wearing masks because they’re late on child support payments and don’t want to be recognized by their spleeny baby mamas. Lazy fucking organs can’t even scrape together a couple bucks to buy Pampers. Just don’t ask me why those deadbeats are screenprinted on a notebook, though, ’cause that part doesn’t make any sense to me.
